I was going through bins yesterday looking for my new chip deflector I bought for my 445  :-X :-\ :-[  . Still have located it  :'( but come across some parts from old build from 362.  Had a walbro 12 and a zama plus the black coil. That looks to be all I had left in that series.
One of the members here cleared me out of all the parts, cases and saws when I got out of that series.

Zama may have come from 365, but swear it came from a 362 parts saw I bought from. Did later 362 use a zama or any 362?  I think I used a zama on my 362 rebuild and it ran great.  I ran zama on the 365 and 372 rebuilds and couldnt tell the difference in them either. Swapped carbs back and forth to see.

Looking through all my IPLs I cannot find where a Zama was ever used on a 362. All Walbros but I could be wrong. I think some of the last 365 SP saws may have had a Zama. What do you want for the 362 stuff you have left?

What is the part number for the 445 chip deflector? Is it a flat piece of rubber held on by a pop rivet, similar to a Husqvarna 61?

I put a used one in from another not used cover till I find the little bugger I hid from myself.

Sort of but this one was only used on poulan jonsered partner saws that I crossed referenced with.

#20 506093301 deflector ,   pop rivet #19  I dont even use the pop rivet. I just slide them in and never had them come out of these.

Found it. I came across another 415-505 bin full of saw parts on another shelf.   ;D   Now that bin and other bin side by side.

All your specific chit in one place! Organization the key to task specific joy. Nothing worse than a ten minute job that takes 3 hours because you know you have it but have to search hours to find it!
