.......

I checked flywheel, coil gap and tightness of both. I knew it had a brand new hardly used NGK BPMR4A in it after complete rebuild with new crank etc so I left it in.  I then pulled zama carb and went through it, I couldnt see anything wrong. I pulled a walbro off the shelf and put a kit in it. Installed walbro and had same issue. So that ruled out carb in my pea brain.   ......

This is a bit odd, as a 362xp shouldn't have come with a Zama carb, only the early 365s?  ???

Niko did you read the thread on the build of this 362xp?  ::)   It was built piece by piece. Split bare crankcases to start, bought new oem crank and tank, etc, etc. I put the zama carb on it because that is what I had.

If I read it, I don't remember.  ;)
