Cale IMO if you are expecting 365 special performance from the 362xp you will be disappointed. The 362xp runs great but lacks the torque of 365SP with the quad transfers. 362 is a rpm saw IMO.

I've got 100$ into the saw saw so far, and even with the clutch cover and new top handle I'll have about 150$
into the saw. So there's plenty of room left to remedy that performance problem.

I was just giving you a heads up. All that talk at the pa gtg we were at got me wanting to put one together to find out IF they ran as good as said.
Shoot I got more then that in mine with just the oem crank kit.  I built it one piece at a time like that caddy song  starting with 2 crankcase halves  .
