I like to just simply see what it feels like. I take my finger and rub up and down the cylinder walls and see if I can feel anything. If I can feel ANYTHING, then I keep cleaning.

Another way is to use a fingernail.

It feels smooth where the aluminum transfer was. Used my fingernail to seen if there was a lip or an edge and I did not feel one. I will check over the exhaust side again, I did not see any transfer there. But will make sure it feels smooth as well. Thanks for the tips.

I checked out the exhaust and transfer sides all feel smooth, they do have some vertical lines looks like from dust ingestion.
