Well it is not as easy as it sounds. The muffler is divided in half vertically by a plate which you have to split the muffler to remove, cheaper to buy a Chinese muffler that is just an empty can. HLS pro parts sells the Hyway version which is quite good! Mention this site and you get 10% off your entire order!

He is a member here and as. I know the guy and he is straight shooter here in Ohio.     epicklein22   http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/index.php?action=profile;u=25

Up for sale is a good running 2003 Husqvarna 372xp chainsaw. Starts and runs well. New OEM crank seals, fuel line, fuel filter, gas & oil caps and rim sprocket. In decent shape overall, just the normal scrapes and scratches from use. Muffler is dented, but doesn't leak or effect performance. There is a crack in the clutch cover up top, but I'm gonna drill the end of it and give it a layer of JB Weld. Comes equipped with a 20" bar and chain. Overall, this saw is in good shape and ready for work. $375

PM is probably the best way to reach me, or you can call, Andrew 330-281-0069.

Thanks Kevin, I actually looked at that.  I think i got a deal working on more of a project saw, still waiting for pictures.  I actually wanted to do some work on it, but that is a great deal on that saw.

Talking with a guy on this 365 parts saw. He says he has 372 recoil and high top air fillter cover ( dont know if it has HD filter set up or not).  He says needs piston, maybe cylinder and muffler. Who really knows. This is only pic I have seen so far.

Figure 50/50 crap shoot you might win you might lose.   He wants $115 + shipping.
