I would still file a claim and mark it on ebay and paypal as not as described.    You are on a time limit (no clue what it is) on having to file a claim if you dont get full refund or if he hem haws around dragging it out.

RJW is Randy Watson that's all over aboristsite but I've never known him to sell the black ones.

+1 on this, turn him in to PayPal and eBay if you bought it off eBay, if you just sent payment by PayPal for "goods", then turn him into PayPal!

I am on the east coast and have never heard of RJW cylinder works and have been doing this stuff for a very long time. To be honest with you, you would be better off with a BB kit and Stihl piston as the W6+ 51.4 mm OEM C/P kits are getting close to $400 msrp where the BB kit and 064 piston will cost you less than half of that!

The link I posted would be a good candidate to build on. You could also check with some of the builders here and see if they have the parts to build you a saw based on your requirements.

660, I thought the same that it was WatsonR from AS but did not want to implicate someone unless I knew for sure. OBTW I think he gets his C/P kits from www.hlsproparts.com! Check out both sites and compare the layout and text for individual parts.

I made a mistake it is Randy Watson not Watkins.

Anyway I think his major supplier is HLS?

Randy's Hyway cylinders are, I think, the same as the ones Bailey's has (NWP) but without the black coating. Randy has promotional deals that have Meteor pistons/rings or just the Cabor rings.

Back in the day, some of the MX racers were using those Teflon coated pistons but the coating flaked off and they eventually moved back to regular pistons, because the stuff made a mess inside the engine. Especially case mounted reed valves and rotary valves like the Kawasaki bikes.

If that is the case Username Weedeaterman is here and has a sale section in where to buy online.   He might be the head guy Henry, not the one on AS.

Thanks Kevin.  May have other stuff to sell as well, the non sponsor issue is handy.
