Well it looks like Rich hasn't learned his lesson.  He uploaded a video to sell this on ebay:

And you'll notice that he doesn't mention the fact that the P&C is aftermarket.  He just barely hints at it, which doesn't count.  Instead he spends most of his time talking about the "features" on it that every other chainsaw in the world has.

It looks like he replaced the missing case screw and outside falling spike that he didn't include on it when he sent it to me.  Other than that, it's the same unimpressive saw.

I'm just glad I got a refund!

Thanks again to everyone who contributed to this thread.  Since I'm a chainsaw noob, it really helps to have help from you guys.

He says it is a "big block" a couple times.

I suppose he is hinting that the thing is bigger bore? Maybe it has a 52mm big bore 76.4 cc after market cylinder? It would be better if he was up front about exactly what was in it rather than the buyer finding out the hard way.

It is not the right year to have been a 51.4mm bore 75cc from the factory but he doesn't tell the year either.

It probably is a 52mm kit, but I would think that he would heavily promote the "brand new piston and cylinder" instead of dancing around it.  I have heard that some of those kits can be quite good, but I think he's hoping to sell it to someone who won't notice what's in there.

Here it is in action in some soft wood.  Not very impressive.  I wonder how long it will take those rings to seat...

I have a big bore 372 that has been ported. It runs real good and has a Stihl 064 piston. We ran it yesterday over at Kevin's house.

I took $600 (took 2 saws on trade and sold them $300 apiece) for my brute of a 375  PHO  ported by Dan Henry and sold my other ported 71cc and BB 76cc for $400 apiece.

Too bad I wasn't around when you were selling those.  I'm glad I got your redmax, though!  :)
