I would have been carrying it in the hills of southern Ohio.  So the weight would have killed me. It kills me carrying my little 60cc with 20".
So I guess I will stick to my 15lbs of 83cc still for now.

Older out of shape heavy saw and billy goat hills not a good combo.   :D :P

Those are all old pics on hill #3 cutting pine.  I have a bunch of poplars I need to get in a drop on #1 and #2. Been putting it off but getting the stuff together to do so.

I retire late next year so as long as I live I have the time coming up.

I love the colors your hardwood forests out east show at this time of year.

Guy I went to HS with owns across from my 2 places. Took pic from his place across and pieced 3 pics together to show. From mid to later 90's pic was taken I think.
Now they got cameras that can do that for ya.  :P

From across the road back all of it. Was going to build when retired but now just thinking as using for hunting and giving to my son.

I've met a few fallers who swung 2100-36" Huskies on the BC coast 6 1/2 hours a day . Super skinny guys who you'd think would have a hard time starting it. But try follow them walking through the bush and you quickly see how strong they are.
But like so many of them with one shoulder injury they were out of a job. If they were lucky enough they may have enough in them to be able to buck at the landing.

My brother who collects saws has a 2100 that never had fuel in it with original box and all.

I used a 6ft bar in Doug Firs for over a yr. Yeah, I was stout. Used Silvey tree jack hydraulic packs too, along with a springboard in the biggest stuff. Then we had to 'downsize' to 42" bars. Moved to CO and downsized again to 36" bars which I still have.

My 2100 is sick and needs time on a bench. I still want the 394 as it's the saw most like the 2100, because at my age, I'm not doing the 3120....lol!

Your brother has a 'dream saw'. He could probably get $3,000+ for an unused 2100...the last one like that on eBay did.
