When I first started the site, I remember this guy showed his 394 rebuild he did. Dont know if there is anything in there you can use or not.

Any pics of the damaged areas?  Chances are I can probably weld them up and save the case.

What kind of rod do you use on these cases, I have a tig,  just never did magnesium.

Harris AZ92A rod.  Welder settings just like you would for AL.

You could but you'll need an AL with a high mag alloying to make it work the best.  I'd just stick to filling it in.
