Stripped spark plug threads

What is the best repair for stripped spark plug threads? Helicoil---Insert-------
I have 4 good cylinders with this problem.

I've seen helicoil and they worked.   Havent seen Insert ones yet but hear they are better to use.

Scarr welds them and re-threads.  If you do that type of stuff.
