Hi everyone,
My name is Shaun and i've just stumbled across your group.
I have a 42 Special that i loaned to a friend and he ran it without oil :o
I need a barrel and piston please if anyone knows of one for sale.

I was on line looking so far I have not found anything.    The one place I did find something was like over 200.00 dollars.

              If your cylinder will clean up of transfer, there's a OEM 42 piston on "the bay" that can be bought for 15.99 OBO.  With new caber ring, you should be good to go.  A 242xp P/C will also fit as well if you can find one, but good luck.  It would give you a bump up in power.  A stock 42 without base gasket is a very good running set-up however.   :)
