Loosen rear av mounts, out with tank lid, Angled pliers to grab the plastic tube with and push it out. Filter too...

I doubt that is the case tough. I think it is a carb/fuel issue.

You should have pressure in tank. It is natural and correct. Pinch the fuel line and as you take it of inlet and release it should squirt 30cm or more out on bench when there is pressure.
To get pressure you wiggle it from side to side a few times, 5-8...
I do that on start up of all Elux saws, saves a bunch of pulls.
