Take your time with the muffler !!

 ..... about 1/2 an hour to pry apart the seam and split the muffler in 1/2.

The welded tube was welded pretty well, add 10 minutes for removing the division plate and that P.I.T.A. tube.

10 minutes to widen the hole at the top of the muffler and another 20 minutes to make and weld the deflector.

Now everything together and bend in the seams ............. about 90 minutes and only a trained eye can see the mod to the muffler
