Man of stihl told me that also but I don't know where it lines up, Allthough I guess I could compare it to the other one. I already have another flywheel if I could get the pawls changed over.

Cant you see where the molded keyway broke off?

After comparing the two I can tell, but not while its on the crank. If I can find something small and strong enough I think I can bring it to work and use the big vice to press them out. It bums me out that they would take them out to before selling a flywheel. :(

If going for stock timing just use permanent marker and mark flywheel and crank. Line up slid on.

Thats what i would do. I think i would play with the timing a little too. Advance it a tad & make some timed cuts. ;)

The starter pawl pins knock out from the rear of the flywheel.  Get a punch that fits the hole and smack the heck out of it.  If they don't pop out hit harder.
