Gave up trying to find the right piston for it.  Bowed to the pressure and installed a Meteor 46mm kit.  Thing runs like a scalded dog!  It even ki-yi's a little!  ;D  If anyone is interested I still have the factory 45mm cylinder, piston, wrist pin, clips and roller bearing for the saw.  I have no idea what, or if, it has any value.  If someone wants it, make me an offer.  You pay shipping and I'll send it.

Almost forgot, the piston and cylinder are both scored pretty well.  I did put a new ring on the piston, but it still overheated likely because the cylinder is scored.  Here are the pics I have of it.
