Chainsaw Repair

This is the common road block we can run into with internet repair advice. Mine would be exactly what Kevin has suggested so far. On a forum like this, we are limited to suggestions vs an actual diagnosis cause we can't actually hear, see or feel the saw.

Another possibility to consider is that not every carb will respond to a rebuild and it may be junk. If the parts in the kit are the problem, then it's easy. And I've seen plenty of carbs that will respond to cleaning in the ultrasonic cleaner that wouldn't respond to a can of carb spray. Did you pull the needles out of the carb when cleaning? Any rust/corrosion on them? Any sign of oxidation on the carb body?
