I like Stihl RSC but I've bought all the guy had where I was buying it. I shop around and see what the prices are with local people. I generally also like the Oregon 3/8" chain but might buy Carlton or even McCulloch if it looks good and has a good price. In .325, I don't like Oregon.

Blunt has bought Oregon, Carlton, and Windsor so there is sometimes commonality in those brands depending on year. In the USA Husqvarna and Dolmar will usually have a chain and bar made by Blunt. The last dozen chains I have bought have been 72LGX and 72CL Oregons.

You being a West Coast guy, your friends will laugh at you if you do not put skip chain on that 2100 even though it will work fine with full comp chain.
