I'm curious what saw brand and model and if it has one of those tool less chain  tenisoner cover set ups.

Only saws I see with that issue local been those.

I install regular covers and tensioner set ups on them and no more issues.

Cut4fun, do you have part#'s required for that conversion? I have a 450e and that is my problem, ill sometimes have to tighten my chain every few cuts.
