I looked a little closer and it appears that the sealed bearing is sealed one side with a rubber seal and some sort of hard plastic material on the other. The hard material is on the inside of the case and the soft rubber is facing the outside.

So you are saying just use the  6203 c3 on both sides and use stand alone seals. I can do that but am wondering what the purpose is on the sealed bearing.
