This carb is on Ebay listed for a 385.  I know it's not a 385.  It's not listed under 238 in the HS list on Tillotson.com.  Does anybody know what t fits?

Looking through specs the closest match I can find is a hs-298a used on early 390XP perhaps he mistook the 9 for a 3! What confuses me is the mount on the front.

I couldn't find a single clue to what a HS-238 fits, or even it's existense. There is a 237 and a 239, but no 238 in the documents I have.

The HS-298 fits the 385/390, and I tend to agree this could be a case of mistaken identity.....
