Is a husky 345 the same as a jred 2145?  http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/jonsered/cs-2145/

If it is this thread talks about upgrading the oiler to adjustable.   

Might want to figure out why yours isnt oiling first. Like bar oiler hole or groove plugged up. Etc
