Try to put your bearing in the freezer for 5 to 10 mins then try and put your new seal on. The seal it self is rubber on the outside and metal on the inside that contacts the bearing. If that does not work you may need to press them on. Just remember your time is also a cost to your customers so buying the bearing with seal already installed maybe the faster route with less labor. When I did my 350 I got them from hva ready to install in the saw.

Sounds like a workable plan. I do this work more for pleasure than $$$
