Yes. A sore subject on how it happened.  Could be welded by a good magnesium welder I guess, or cobbled with JB, but whats the point?  Anyway its fixed now with everything converted over on a NE 346.  Just as good as it was with more power.  My arthritis will appreciate the heated handles. :)  A big thanks to all.

  Here ya go Sawtroll !  These taken after I got it together the other day.  Pretty straight forward but the wiring was somewhat of a pain around the carb.  I just followed how I took it off mostly.  This will be my workhorse when it gets cold. 
 Sawtroll, do you burn wood over there on the other side?
