What about the 51 55 etc. 45mm then 46mm with little opening like Adam said.

44mm I only know of 500 5000 490   also 500 45mm 590 45mm and 325 46mm

P5500 46mm closed port (same as PP325), P540 and 543 46mm open port (same as Husky 55).

H 55 closed port EPA 45mm (not same as 590 though).

Very under rated little saw I'm building an older model white top with an egay big bore kit and a carb off later husky 350 it runs strong with that combo. you need to grind out the case to fit that cyl to the early case white top 50 I think there a straight bolt on swap on the later grey top.   Some pics of the hda carb before I remade the linkage

G day Matt, i have a couple of those somewhere, i would think there are a few new options in cylinders which will bolt on, and fit bigger carbies too. I should have a look some time and report back.

Tim, Greek Dude (DLA Store) has the meteor cylinder and piston kit 46mm nicely made. $125 or so.   There's an ebay seller in California that has em, but a little more costly. Has decompression machined into the jug, the top mount stud for Partner type cyl covers is absent. Had to drill and tap for my p5000.  Runs very strong on the Partner

Evilbay kit for 59 bux (now go for 39) brought this old white top back from the dead.

A machinist friend turned down the cylinder spigot

I have its brother, just replaced the ring for $3.11. Cylinder was awful so I honed it and polished the piston to get the worst of the grooves out , bought my rings from Jacks, they are for a 46cc stihl, I sanded it down a little to get the right thickness and it cranks on the 4th pull. Good luck with yours.
