Making progress!  Spent 90 minutes or so screwing around with the carb (getting it back in) but managed to get it done...

Piston on

Ready for the can

On and everything feels good

Thought I had it but noticed the choke wasn't working.  If you look closely you'll see why...

Aha!  Had to take things apart to figure out what I missed.  The choke lever wasn't set into the body where it was supposed to be!

Ok working now!

Time to get the chain break figured out....

Hmmm....ok I am lost.  Going to have to look at the diagrams etc to see how this all goes back.  Once it's back I can finish the assembly, put in the 40:1 pre-mix I bought and richen up the carb.

Question:  Do you re-torque the heads on these little guys after break in like a car? I just made everything hand tight but need to see if there are some torque specs and then likely will need an inch/lbs wrench as I think mine are all foot pounds for cars etc....but hey, new tools are cool ;)
