Chainsaw Repair

Sorry friends, it is a 66, i have tryed everything you guys suggested more than once...uggg...i even took the carb off my 266xp, its freshly kitted and tuned and same thing. pull the plug, wet as hell. tryed a brand new plug, same thing ,wet as hell.so any way, i started looking at it and i noticed gas comin out of the cap,pretty new cap, so i tighten it. Then i thought i would check the fuel line fur cracks or anything like that you know, i pulled it off and it had pressure. check the spark plug, wet put line back on and shook  the saw a bit .Unhooked the line, pressure, check the spark plug,wet. so i did one more thing. i let it sit in the sun fur about 20 min.,same thing, pull the line and there would be pressure ,check the spark plug,wet as hell. So would this be the tank vent prblem, if so, how do i change it. If its a cap problem, what other husky caps fit the 66 or can i just use the oring from other Husky Caps. And if its not this....suggestion?
