Chainsaw Repair

Kind of simple process to check thiongs out, and you've already done step one. If you fire up the saw and it's pumping oil, then the saw is fine and the problem is "down stream". All that's left is either the wrong bar and chain combo, or maybe that "spray" test method which isn't the best way to go on many saws. Some saws like the 345 don't put out a lot of oil to begin with and the amount slinging off the bar is minimal. Easier way to check is to lift the chain out of the bar and if there's oil on the drive links, you should be OK.
