Take his premix - shake it up - pour some in a clear glass container and let it set 24 hr. and see what you got? The rust came from somewhere else. I would say if the mix was 10% gasohol that it had considerable water in it to precipitate out like that. If it was pure gasoline with no alcohol, any water would readily drop out and precipitate within a few seconds.

The iron is in a microbial form and is almost like a jelly?
