Chainsaw Repair

I have a Echo PB2400 that a guy in Alabama gave me some seven years ago. I eventually had to put a metering diaphragm in it last year.

I also have a Craftsman/Poulan 32cc that a local chainsaw friend gave me and said it didn't run. Someone must have given it to him with that idea. It runs fine.

Anyway, they are both hand held and seem to have about the same velocity with a flattened end on the nozzle.

The Echo is better quality but as far as utility and ergonomics goes, one is about as good as the other. I have used them both to blow leaves in the yard etc and my arms get tired before I'm done.

For doing your driveway, I would recommend a backpack type.

The guy on the north side of your town that does yard work, says for doing a commercial parking lot, a backpack is mandatory.
