Some guy (cough cough) put the wrong fuel mixture in the saw.  The cylinder wall looks great.  The piston was damaged and replaced.  Pulling the rope feels and sounds normal but it won't start.

Does anyone know what the compression should be?
Any other ideas?
Thanks to all who help.

Sure, but something definately is wrong, if it is that low with a proper gauge.
