Won't one off a cheapo Poulan (pre-stratos) also fit.  Just have to get used to a different colour.

The handle will swap over onto the 142 clutch cover.  The complete Poulan clutch cover won't fit on the Husky saw however.  While many parts (including the engines in many cases) will swap back and forth, the clutch covers themselves (and the starter covers, fuel tanks, and top covers) will not.  The two saw series are laid out very different, despite sharing so many internal parts.
