The SB further states ' The new name of the carburetor is Zama C3-EL42, replacing Walbro HDA199A/B and HDA191A'.

The carb should be a Walbro, with that serial number. That is the better option, as long as it doesn't act up (and even that can be fixed). I wouldn't want one with the replacement Zama. Not because it is a Zama, but because in this case it is a lesser carb.
