12 is about right for a max. Tune to 11500 would be better in the long run?

Thanks Jim.  It was close to 12.4k with my 32:1 kl200 mix so I know when he uses his mix it will be fatter then mine.

Look on the blue ignition module? The rev limiter setting is imprinted on it. You want the max rpms below that number?

Owner picked up this evening.  Said it never started that easy the few times they got to try it after buying it. 

I think he will be surprised with better psi with new ring and no intake boot air leak and carbed tuned. It had to be horrible before with 110psi, air leak and carb fubarred.
