It would be nice if you had another carburetor you could try on it?

Does the saw have good compression?
We should share what we know... someone may learn...

Saw has 160's compression from what I recall, piston looked brand new from both sides.
I have flow through the main jet with carb cleaner.  I could barely notice a touch of orange in the idle jets - there are 3 of them and I would assume help in the throttle transfer.
Spraying through the L screw hole I get trickles but the saw will tune out and idle well after punching it revs up and dies, feathering throttle and slowly bringing up the H I can't get it to stay running.
I'm ordering a new carb for the simple reason I never give up on equipment - No machine is smarter than me ;)
