I have not figured out what the problem is with them yet.

I have a 357 with this carb.  The carb has an accelerator pump and tunes differently from all my other chainsaws.

You can set the low speed needle too lean to where steady running at lower mid range - it will lean out and quit unless you wiggle the trigger.

I have found that to increase the mixture at low speed slightly prevents this.

I figure the $25 fix is that the accelerator pump is blocked off. Then you tune the carburetor like all the other chainsaws.
