Port timing and compression are the same for both saws. BTW, the new saws have more compression than the originals did.

The part numbers of the carbs and intake boot parts as well as the ignition module are also the same.

Lets see some pictures of the port sizes etc?  Didn't happen without pictures?

The actual cylinder castings are identical.

What is the retail price listed on the 365x-torq setting on the shelf compared to the 372xt? Still no 365xt here.

List on the 372x-torq here on the shelf $829 and cant remember which bar length.

Both dealers did get the 555 now. One got a dozen 555 a few weeks ago (probably split between his 2 locations  8) ) and the other one  that seems to cater to homeowners in town  20mins away got 1.

One of our local dealers finally got the Husky 555 in. No sign of the 562XP yet.

:o Wow the 365x-torq is retail $200 less then the 372x-torq to start with. $6something to $8something. Was told could buy the 70.7cc 365XP x-torq for $550 before tax. Man if I only needed a saw. Sure wish I could have demoed one.

Anyone run the de-tuned 365xt to compare to 372?

The 365XT easily runs better than the old 365. Same way the new 372XT clearly outcuts the original. So, what we end up with is the 365XT falling somewhere between the two older models performance wise. Not a surprise really, keeping in mind they are all 71cc saws.

Seems like a nice saw, especially at that price. Why doesn't it show up on the Husky USA product selector web page?

(I don't see the 555 up there either, though the 562XP finally showed up.)

The selector page USA is where I got the specs on the 365XP XT.
