Take a look at the Hyway kit from Weedeaterman.  The Hyway kits have been getting rave reviews.

+1 I'm with Shep on the Hyway from Weedeaterman or HLS Pro Parts, both are Hyway! However the conversion kit necessary to convert a 394 to a 395 is still out of stock from HLS as well as weedeaterman. So only option to get the kit is from Husqvarna but the price works out to be the same.

If the one at hls is a hyway I'll go that route, I have a hyway bb kit on a 365, runs great.

Found this video of a nwp bb, I think my old 394 runs better, lol

I got the hyway 395 BB today, I compared the ports to the stock jug, and I must say Im not happy with the ports, very small, rough casting also.  The exhaust looks to be about 75% of what the stock jug is.  Should I be concerned with the intake and boost ports, they are small also.  I can open the exhaust port up, but dont have the tools to do the intake and 4 side ports.

They sure changed that around?  They must have used some transfer cores from some other head?

Well, you are comparing a 394 jug to a 395 jug!

True Tim, and the 394 looks better all the way around over a 395 bb.  I know a little on porting and flow, and this hyway 395 bb may not go on the saw.  It needs work if you ask me.  Wish I had a chainsaw dyno.
