Thanks. Ordering the Oregon 29105 comes with clutch rim drum and rim sprocket. Wish it was available with silver streak.

Came across new problem. New rim sprocket kit and clutch spring. Chain still moves on idle. Took it to a Husqvarna dealer to adjust carb. They adjusted below spec to try to get the chain stop moving on idle. Any ideas?

How about the clutch bearing, did you change it?

New clutch bearing came with the sprocket kit and was greased with the Stihl sprocket bearing grease.

Are you sure you got the right kit, according to the serial number of the saw?

I'm not sure there were different ones, it just is a possibility....

I got the rim sprocket kit listed earlier in this post. The sprockets are NLA by husqvarna.

The IPLs show 3 different part numbers for the kits - but it is only the last digit that is different, and I don't know what the difference is.

What is the serial number of your saw?

501636602 shows rim style

...and -03 and -05, at different times...

Serial is 4030431 or 4050431. Third digit is either 3 or 5. If you back and read page 3 of this post the 02 part number is NLA.

OK, 1994 week 3 or 5 both fits with the -02 part number. I have no idea which version the Oregon part number corresponds to, or what is different.
