Are you in US?  Caber rings are good to use. Northwood saw carries them right here in US.  http://northwoodsaw.com/index.php?l=product_list&c=78

IMO wd40 isnt going to touch it. The other I dont know what it is.

Swears by it. I had to have him do a hard to find piston for me because I had lost my patience.

I have been using a different way to get rid of carbon and you might try it on yours. Soak top past rings in Berrymans B12.  https://www.berrymanproducts.com/products/gasoline/b-12-chemtool-carburetor-fuel-system-and-injector-cleaner/
