Husqvarna 450e chain tensioner problem

Hi, new member here looking for info on my chain tensioner for Husqvarna 450e. I adjusted the chain and tightened the hand-wheel (knob) on my tooless adjuster. After a couple of cuts, seems as chain is gradually loosening off. Anyone with any knowledge on this problem, Please advise. Thanks. Bob

If it is like the poulan one I did a gear #12 or #11 gets striped out shown in IPL and wont hold. 

The fix I would do is replace with regular 450 cover.  544 09 79-01  544097901    http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40|R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=544097901&_sop=15

But you can order the new part for your tool less cover.
