I removed  everything, gear, oil pump, both lines cleaned everything. Flushed the oil tank out. Reinstalled everything and it worked again. The line inside the tank was plugged up going to the oil pump. Fines were actually at the pump entrance hole too.

So ordering the updated stuff is on hold as owner needs saw back now.

Husky 455 came in. Needed another drive link removed.
Was a new stihl RS chain sold to him last year by me.
Also had removed a link from a chain he had last year. Told him your either not getting oil to your chain and creating heat or your running your chain to long dull. Does that sound right to you guys? Thats my WAG of what he has going on. His chains stretch so bad, a 72DL 3/8 to have to take them to 71DL.

Not cut through, but close.   Also aftermarket decomp just almost cost him a saw topend.

Locals 455 gets road hard and put up wet. Literally.

Imo not going to be worth it this time scoring started 100psi.

Not getting fixed. Owner going to run it till cant cut anymore. It's past the wont idle anymore stage. But will take throttle and still make cuts.
