.......

New Meteor closed port 46 mm $140 + ship P&C  costs too much?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cylinder-Kit-fit-HUSQVARNA-50-51-55-EU1-Rancher-EPA-46mm-by-METEOR-Italy-/400486296073?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d3ed7ea09

Looks like an interesting option to me, much more so than other aftermarket ones!  ;)

I got a piston from a 50, 350 44 mm from hlssupply.  It measured up the same as the 51 piston.

What was wrong with the P you took out?  One on the left?

Tim, the saw dropped from 50 feet was destroyed, except for the engine.  This saw was run with a light oild mix, lol.  heres why I put a new piston and rings in it.  This is the piston in the pic.

Easy to see now.  That other pic hid that well.

From 110 psi to 150 with new piston and rings.   :)

Compression will go up some as the rings seat, sometimes as much as 5-9psi.
