Was it the husky 51 that had the different 45mm topends?

Could be wrong, but I think it was only the 55's that had different top ends. I'm assuming here that you mean different sources, being Mahle and Giardiloni or whatever. (I'm sure I butchered that spelling. LOL)

I was wondering if there was closed and open port topends that came on the 51 from factory OEM.

Don't think so. Pretty sure it was only the 55 that got the closed port top end.

51 was always open port, however there were 44 and 45 mm jugs.  Some of the 44 mm were the ones with tight comb chambers,  later on the 44mm were referred to as 51 epa.

Good info to know. Thanks.

Another  51 with suppose to be oem top in 45mm for sale.   I had no clue on the open or close port deal or the 44mm 45mm on the last one. Why I was asking.

Thanks for sharing knowledge folks.

Never seen that Niko,
I have looked at a bunch and if it had a cp 44mm on it someone put it there afterwards.

The 44mm did have nice little comb chambers though similar to a p5000

I've been passing them up in the $100 to $150 range as ready to go runners.  JFI
