Never seen that Niko,
I have looked at a bunch and if it had a cp 44mm on it someone put it there afterwards.

The 44mm did have nice little comb chambers though similar to a p5000

Yes, any top end that fits may be on a saw that old - but it is a fact that the 51 EPA had a 44mm top end at least from 1998 to 2000. The power rating was the same as the "normal" 45mm top end though, but of course that doesn't nesessarily mean that it was a closed port one. I just assumed it was, as those are plentiful out there - but as I said I have no evidense either way.....

On a different note, I have a buddy that just sent his to the shop for a hole in the piston and scratched jug. Would anyone have a decent one for sale that I can price compare to the 75 dollar and hour he's going to pay for the fixin up
give me a holler if you do
I should have one I will check today.  Why not put a 46mm 55 P&C on it.
