Those SKF E2 series bearings are special high speed - low friction design.

thanks magnum! i guess now the question is other than for dissassembly and reassembly will they hold up in the long run? just don't like plastic in the bearings when it comes to chainsaws. you know how some people are about cleaning out their saws. usualy never and that makes them run hotter. much hotter.

is there any metal shielded bearings that would replace the stock plastic ones?
