Why in the world are they making the 570 autotune overseas? I thought the 570 was going to be axed.

Not sure what drives their model decisions.  570 is gone in the US but hey, one can still by the 288 in some markets ::)

Will have to check my facts but I believe they were still being built in Brazil as late as last year.   Stihl is still manufacturing the 090 in some markets as well....at least last I checked

Left overs.

No, they are made in Brazil, for some markets. Like Stihl, Husky has a factory there, that is making older models for markets where they can still be sold.

Btw, we can still buy the 55 here - made in Brazil.

The 570 Autotune is in the 2012 catalog here - but I have a hard time understanding why anyone would buy it.  :D

Gday out there all. Ive taken off my bar and chain to clean it. Then taken off the black plastic brake spring cover and the brake spring has popped out of its housing/slot/location and im just wondering if anyone at all knows how to get it back in ?
Any help or tips would be very much appreciated. Cheers

Husqvarna 570 576 IPL page 28 http://www.hsqintec.sk/vykres/h-576xp-570-08.pdf

I cant remember anything on this one. Never had the brake stuff apart on the 570 I had in for short time.

I have the 570 576 service manual I can send to your email that probably says how to.
