It is not a bad idea, but doubt it would be used. Not many keep computers up do date, much less a saw.

Better would be to get more out of the saws we have on the benches. Why they are there is not as important anymore as the info is in them.
If we help out contributing this info, that alone is a big step.
Here the ones I talked to send almost everything.

Not sure how it works in USA, but I think you report to HVA US not here.
