Kevin do you have a shot of a 338XPT and/or 335XPT powerhead on a scale?

I put a new dry 2139T with bar and chain on the scale it was 9 pounds 10 ounces
an the MS192 rear handle was 9 pounds 7 ounces. Just for sheets and giggles.

Cale could you weigh the 2139 PHO dry please.   OK PRETTY PLEASE    ;)

Ran a t540 demo saw at the dealer today and was not impressed. Saw had a weird high high speed miss almost like a rev limiter but it occurred at lower rpm when loaded. Are these autotune carbs? Could be the carburetion wasn't calibrated yet?

That was a good video Kevin,  thanks. The guy said at the end that he had about a week on his saw and had some issues at first that seemed to have cleared up since. Said it was hit or miss I believe at first. Could just be a break in and initial run in before it gets dialed in.

Just ran one today too. Not impressed.  Heavier then the 338 and 540 had techlite bar.  Not near the power in the cut of my well broken in 200.  Also felt heavy in the rear 1 handing with 16" techlite.  No where near the balance of the 338 IMO and not as balanced as the 200 was.  All JMO

Wish I would have kept 1 of the 338's before selling them both.

Glad I bought the used echo now for my uses.

Yes Adam autotune

Both that I demo'd really sucked (new).  Be interesting to run a broken in unit and see if they wake up a bit.   Ms362 's we run at work are kinda weak til they have a dozen+ tanks through em.

It just didnt feel right in my  hand either. Balance or something felt off and bigger feeling. The 338 just felt good to me compared.

Just a older lighter smaller cc echo Aaron.  I 1 hand the TH's in the apple trees and other trimming duties. I want light not heavier and bulkier saw.

Good choice, especially for what you had to pay for it.
