I was looking at the muffler and seen another hole blowing through on the side. So I couldnt stand it and wanted to see if a redneck fix would hold. Heck couldnt hurt it.  ::)
I wire brushed it then put my redneck weld putty to work :D :D in the small hole and larger hole and then smooth it all over to form 1 patch. Personally I would have got another muffler and done it one of the 2 ways I like and learned from others over the years.
See if she holds after sitting over night.

Set up with 3/8 now too.

Muffler patch held through the test cuts today. Be interesting to see how long it stays and if longer then the muffler mod work that was brazed and blew off less then 6 months leaving holes.
