I remember all the big news of the "new XP"Huskies in our logging camp .Not sure if it was 1985 or 86. But here's a April 1986 article on the upgraded XP's. I think they made a typo mistake on the weights.Should be bar chain excluded.

Thanks a lot Holmen for posting this article. I've been away for awhile cutting my wood for the upcoming winter.   Really like the old Huskys.  Just acquired a old orange top 162se which looks to be all original and very low run time.  I will post photo's in a new tread in a few days.  Would like to know more about when it hit the market.  Thanks again.
